Stall Size: Each stall is the size of one car park, about 2.5m x 4m.
Food Stall Operators: You must have a current Council Registration (Food Control Plan) and display it. The process to get this changed after March 1, 2016. For more details, visit the Auckland Council or Hamilton Council websites.
Power: Food stall fees include power, but if you use a lot of power, there may be extra charges.
General stall operators needing power will pay an extra $10 per market.
Payment: There’s no long-term contract, and you pay the market fee on the night to the Duty Manager.
Holiday and December Fees: An extra $20 for food stalls and $10 for general stalls.

Stallholder Rules:
- No alcohol, cigarettes, or drugs allowed. No selling illegal, counterfeit, or stolen items.
- No loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior.
- Follow instructions from ANM staff at all times.
- ANM staff decide your stall location.
- Pay the stall fee before setting up.
- ANM staff can refuse entry or remove anyone at their discretion.
- Clean up your stall and remove all rubbish at the end of the night.
- Use biodegradable or recyclable packaging (no plastic bags or polystyrene).
- Food stalls must show proof of compliance with food regulations.
- No unloading or setting up before 4 p.m.
- No selling before 5:30 p.m.
- Don’t block access ways when loading/unloading.
