Pukete is located near St Andrews. It has tree-lined residential areas and is the home to two primary schools, and a historical park that has the historical significance of an Ancient Māori fortification site which is known as Pukete Pa. Since Pukete is a place that connects the other nearby suburb as it has a pedestrian bridge that runs through the mighty Waikato River.
Not only this Pukete is the home of Hamilton’s biggest shopping mall The Base and is also situated in the close range to Te Rapa.

If one has a passion for golfing, then St Andrews is the place to visit. This neighbourhood of Hamilton has the primary feature of having an 18-hole golf course. This was when it hosted a handful of amateur and big professional events around since 1913 since its inception.
This neighbourhood is also known for its leafy residential streets and close parks, cafes, and eateries.

Rototuna is in Northern Hamilton and is now considered a boom town in New Zealand. People are coming from everywhere in Rototuna for life.
Its suburb is expanding like nothing else. The reason behind its desirable growth is that it has easy access to schools, shopping areas, corporate offices, bars & cafes, medical services, community centres, and providing recreation facilities. Rototuna is a rural settlement, but it came into the highlight in the 20th Century as the city started to grow larger.

Hillcrest is the home of a large student population as the University of Waikato is situated here. It is situated on the east side of the Hamilton town Belt as well as several local parks and Gardens.
The fact about Hillcrest is that it is one of those suburbs that emerged when Hamilton was going through an extended growth & boundary expansion during the 1940s and 1950s.

Being the oldest neighbourhood of the city, Hamilton East is characterized by a cache of parks, various gardens, and classic villas/bungalows which were built in the early 20th century. Hamilton East is also a hub of local places which includes Hamilton Gardens, Memorial Park, Hayes Paddock, and a classic historic homestead such as Beale Cottage, and Greenslade House. Apart from this Hamilton Street is also the centre point, Grey Street of Hamilton Centre is the main spot for shopping & retail. Grey Street hosts a community market every month on the first and third Sundays.
